NOIDA Authority Citizen Charter is Online. Online Applications as well as Service Tracker Facility can be utilized by NOIDA Citizens. Services as well as Grievances/Complaints can be filed online.

Know Departments, Services, Timelines, Required Documents and Apply Online

NEW OKHLA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY has made 187 services of 15 departments Online. Citizens can also submit the service applications at NOIDA counters. As part of citizen charter NOIDA Authority will deliver the services within time as specified in the citizen charter.

Citizens are going to receive an SMS on their mobile/E-Mail with Service Application No, Date of Submission and Date of Delivery of Service. In case there is any document is mission in uploaded documents or submitted at counter, citizen will receive an SMS/E-Mail specifying the name of document.

As part of Citizen Chater NOIDA has also made the reports regarding Services and Complaints available to Public .
